Donald Crenshaw is a proud native of Erie with a deep-rooted commitment to his community. With over 40 years of experience as a contractor, Donald has dedicated his career to creating greater opportunity and equity for his fellow residents. His journey began with a simple yet powerful idea: that affordable housing and job creation are intrinsically linked and essential for community development.
Donald founded Blue Rock Construction LLC with the vision of bridging the gap between quality housing and economic empowerment. Recognizing the impact of energy costs on low- to moderate-income families, he became a staunch advocate for energy efficiency as a means to improve living standards and reduce financial burdens.
